Manage QR codes
Set up and print the labels that identify your equipment.

Open ‘Items › QR codes’
The section separates items into À configurer (To set up) and Configurés (Set up). It requires the QR management capability and the matching permissions.

Choose the label level
Use ‘Générer les QR codes’ (Generate QR codes) or Fiche de l’item › Configuration › Paramétrer les étiquettes QR (Item record › Configuration › Set up QR labels). Choose the level offered (unit, variant or item), then generate the labels.

Prepare for printing
In ‘Imprimer les étiquettes’ (Print labels), choose the A4 or thermal format offered. For a partly used sheet, fill in ‘Commencer à la case N’ (Start at position N). Choose whether to print the item details.

Print and test
Print the PDF at 100%, with no scaling. Use the alignment test page if needed. From Configurés (Set up), ‘Imprimer la sélection’ (Print selection) lets you print several items together.

Set up required scans
With a level 1 role, Paramètres › Opérations › Configuration QR (Settings › Operations › QR settings) lets you decide whether a scan is required at handover and at return. Use the camera or a 2D handheld scanner.
