Item states
The lifecycle state shows where a unit stands in the asset base: Actif (Active), Défectueux (Faulty), Manquant (Missing) or Inactif (Inactive). The usage state shows whether it is available, handed over to a staff member or temporarily unavailable after its return: Libre (Available), Sorti (Out) or En turnover (In turnaround).

Active (Actif)

Faulty (Défectueux)

Missing (Manquant)

- A unit whose absence has been recorded and which still has to be found or accounted for.

Inactive (Inactif)

- A unit that is no longer in service in the asset base and can no longer be handed over.
